Attention Unparalleled
A downloadable visual novel for Windows, macOS, and Linux
dark urban fantasy - friendship - relationships
Emma just wanted to sacrifice a goat and hang out with Artur. Instead, she's chasing an influencer and reconsidering her life choices.
This is the third of three parts. Please read the first two installments of the series first!
Content Warnings: Blood, graphic violence, death, mind control.
Summary: Following the events of Patchwork Ego where Emma made a pact with an eldritch creature, she wakes up in an unfamiliar bed. While she's been honing her new powers as a warlock with Artur's help, she's not prepared for the eldritch madness that ensues when her entire world is turned upside down and nothing is as she remembers it to be.
And then there's Stanley, whom she's never heard of, but who somehow dominates the entire media landscape.

Q & A
Can I read this before reading Perfection | Paper-Thin and Patchwork Ego?
Probably not. You can try, but it might not make a lot of sense.
What's the difference between the jam version and the full version?
The jam version is the state the game was in at the end of the jam. This mainly means it doesn't have a background for Artur's office because we didn't want our artists to have to redo an asset we already had from the prequel and backgrounds are tedious work.
Furthermore, we update our games with new features for a while after a jam, so the full version might gain additional animation, upgraded character sprites, or more expressions.
Unless you're curious to see what we achieved within the month of March, we suggest you download the full version!
Where's Wyatt?
Sadly, we couldn't reach his voice actor for this jam, so we hope he's just busy with a lot of awesome projects right now! We even had a plan for a third, Wyatt-centered, timeline. Its story concept would have been: "Rose fuses with everyone and that is an issue."
In hindsight, this would have completely derailed the scope.
Why does [Emma, Agatha, Francis] have a new voice actor?
This being a game jam, not everyone is always available, so we shuffled around the voice actors for Emma and Agatha. There's no way we could have made this visual novel without Emma, after all.
As far as Francis is concerned, this is actually the original Francis voice actor who sadly got sick last time around. We're happy to finally present to you Francis' original voice and hope you enjoy!

Finally got to play this lol, pretty cool continuation to the whole Emma saga!
The stylish menu and animations make a strong impression from the get-go, as well as the trademark banger OST that comes with every NotHack Europa game (shoutout to ill yama and WeeabooOverlord, they just never miss!), the overall level of polish in the menu and UI is impressive, additions like the flowchart are a really nice touch! As always, the voice acting is great, and the overall concept of jumping between timelines is pretty interesting!
And this concept is essential in how the characters act, love the contrast between the two Arturs especially, feeling different from one another while neither of them ever become out of character, as well as the other Emma's thoughts on the choices protag Emma made (which are understandable considering the differences between the two timelines), and lead for some really great moments, especially liked seeing our Emma doubt her relationship with Artur because of the other timeline!
But other than the returning cast, the new additions are also great! Stanley may be my favorite antagonist from a NotHack Europa game, between routes where you're persuaded of his evilness and others where you start to doubt if his intentions are even malicious, he's a real standout, and a really good character. Julian is also great, and could be interesting to see again, liked the opposition between the actions of the two Julians!
However, it does feel like this game is a bit too restrained as well. Having a lot of paths felt like sometimes the game got a bit too clustered in its storytellling, trying to tell too much in too little time, but that seems like more of a jam issue than anything.
Overall, still excited for the 4th Emma game after what happens in the True End, and really cool concept! ^^
As always, really enjoying this series! :D
